About these terms
These terms apply to this website and its member, enquiry and shopping features. “We” means the website operator. Contact: [email protected]. Applicable mandatory consumer and other legal rights remain unaffected.
Enquiries, quotations and order confirmation
Product displays, enquiry forms and general technical discussions introduce products and collect requirements. Sending an enquiry is not placing an order; receiving a quotation does not confirm every transaction term. Before purchase, confirm model, specification, quantity, price, currency, quotation validity, taxes, delivery location and sale conditions with the seller. Order formation and acceptance follow the actual transaction documents, checkout process and applicable law. This page does not invent an unagreed quotation-validity period or contract-formation rule.
Mechanical-product selection and specifications
Images, parameters and technical articles support initial research. Verify the actual supplied model, configuration, material, dimensions, connections and pressure/temperature limits against confirmed specifications and delivery documents. Appropriate personnel should assess the medium, operating conditions, compatibility and applicable requirements; website material does not replace a project-specific professional review. Specify any certificate, inspection report or particular certification before purchasing and obtain supplier confirmation; a general website statement does not establish that every product has that approval.
Prices, currency and checkout information
Review the currency, product option, quantity, price, delivery cost, tax information and recipient before submitting or paying. Availability and the final transaction terms are those presented for the actual order or agreed with the supplier. If an apparent pricing or specification error is discovered, contact support for clarification; this notice does not create a blanket right to change a completed contract or remove statutory rights.
Payment, order status and delivery
An order may show awaiting payment, awaiting shipment, in transit or completed according to its actual processing stage. A status label alone is not a guarantee of a delivery date or acceptance beyond the applicable transaction terms. Where part shipments are used, individual items or parcels may have different carriers and tracking numbers. Tracking updates can depend on the carrier. Report an incorrect address, missing parcel or damaged goods promptly with the relevant order reference; do not publish personal delivery details in public messages.
Lead time, transport, inspection and installation scope
Lead times, dispatch, freight charges, transport risk and responsibility follow the transaction agreement and applicable law; tracking is not an unconditional arrival-date guarantee. Check packaging, model, quantity, accessories and documents according to the agreed process and report discrepancies with supporting records. Whether installation, commissioning, training or on-site work is included in the price must be expressly clarified; product display alone does not include those services. Installation and operation should follow applicable instructions and safety requirements.
Warranty, repairs, spare parts and support
For support, provide an order or purchase reference, model, serial number if any and a description of the issue. Warranty scope and duration, repair arrangements, spare-part availability, costs and on-site support follow the actual disclosed or agreed conditions and applicable law. This page does not promise a universal warranty period, perpetual spare parts or unrestricted free site visits. The effect of installation, operation or maintenance on a particular warranty must be assessed on the facts and relevant terms, rather than through a blanket disclaimer.
Cancellation, returns, refunds and complaints
Contact [email protected] and provide the order reference and request. Whether cancellation, return or refund is available depends on the goods or service, fulfilment stage, terms disclosed for that transaction and applicable law. Do not send goods back before confirming the correct return process. This website policy does not invent a universal return window, restocking charge or non-refundable rule. Mandatory consumer protections and any agreed warranty continue to apply.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, access accounts without permission, submit unlawful material or interfere with security. Submit only information you are entitled to share. Site content and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Use of a product or brand name does not by itself establish that the website operator owns that brand or is its official representative.
Accounts and third-party sign-in
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and report suspected misuse. Google sign-in is optional and subject to availability and Google’s own terms. We do not obtain your Google password. A linked identity can use one platform member account across its sites; permissions and orders are site-specific. Unbinding requires another usable sign-in method. We may restrict abusive accounts, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.
Use only the recovery methods actually offered. Email recovery depends on email delivery being enabled; third-party verification requires an identity already linked to the account. A new Google or Facebook identity cannot claim an existing account merely by sharing an email address. Password changes and resets invalidate the account’s existing sessions across platform sites, so you will need to sign in again. Never send support staff your password, one-time Google code or authorisation token.
Privacy and third-party services
Read the Privacy Policy for account data, Google sign-in, cookies, enquiry handling and deletion requests. External links, identity providers, payment and delivery services have their own terms. We do not control third-party availability. You can request account closure by email; ownership verification and legally required retention may apply.
Suspension, service changes and account closure
Security risks, abuse, legal obligations or maintenance may require proportionate access restrictions. Where appropriate and lawful, we explain significant restrictions and provide a way to contact support. Closing a shared account may affect other platform sites using that account, while lawful transaction-record retention can continue. Changes to future services or terms do not automatically rewrite the price, delivery or other agreed rights of an existing order.
Availability, responsibility and changes
We take reasonable steps to maintain the site, but interruptions and errors can occur. Report material errors or security concerns using the contact address. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law and competent dispute forums are determined by the relevant transaction and mandatory legal rules. Changes will be published with an updated date; material changes affecting existing rights will be handled as required by law.
Language versions and resolving inconsistencies
Privacy and service documents are provided in the site’s supported languages to describe the same services. Report a material translation difference to [email protected], including the page language and passage. No translation is used to remove a right protected by mandatory law. An individually agreed transaction document and applicable legal requirements determine the actual transaction; no automatic English-only priority is imposed by this page. Keep the order confirmations and terms supplied with your purchase.
