Overview
Spirax Sarco BSA series bellows sealed stop valves use a dedicated bellows seal design to eliminate stem gland leakage completely and meet demanding leakage classifications. The BSA range includes throttling plug options, double bellows sealing for longer life and robust construction across sizes from DN15 to DN250 with flanged, threaded and socket weld connections. They are suited to steam and condensate, process fluids, hot and cold water, hot oil, thermal fluids, toxic fluids, compressed air, other gases and industrial water / glycol services.
Related leakage-control routes
Bellows sealed stop valves are usually selected when leakage containment carries more weight than general shut-off economy. If the application can use simpler manual isolation, compare HV3 stop valves. Where the project instead favours quarter-turn automation and low pressure drop, continue into ball valves.
For the model-level route in this family, use BSA2T bellows sealed stop valve or BSA3T bellows sealed stop valve.
Spirax Sarco BSA2T Bellows Sealed Stop Valve
BSA2T is part of the Spirax Sarco BSA and BSAT bellows sealed stop valve range. It combines a ductile iron body with double bellows sealing to reduce external stem leakage risk while supporting dependable manual isolation in steam, condensate, gas and process fluid duties.
Spirax Sarco BSA3T Bellows Sealed Stop Valve
BSA3T is the carbon steel branch of the Spirax Sarco BSA and BSAT bellows sealed stop valve range. It is used where dependable manual isolation, reduced external stem leakage risk and a higher pressure-class route matter in steam, condensate, gas and process fluid systems.
BSA1T Bellows Sealed Stop Valve
BSA1T is a cast iron, 16 bar bellows sealed stop valve with a throttling plug and locking device for manual isolation and limited throttling in steam, condensate, water, gas and compatible industrial fluid systems.
