CP30 Conductivity Probe
The CP30 is a Spirax Sarco conductivity probe for steam boiler TDS monitoring and blowdown control systems. The probe can be cut to the required insertion length and installed in a probe elbow, threaded flange or boiler connection.

CP30 is the conductivity probe route for steam boiler projects that need continuous dissolved-solids measurement as part of automatic TDS blowdown control. It is normally selected with a compatible controller, a suitable mounting point and a blowdown valve package.
Before ordering, confirm the probe length, thread standard, boiler connection, minimum immersion depth and cable route back to the controller. Probe lengths of 500 mm and below may be installed vertically or horizontally; longer probes should be installed vertically.
CP30 supports standard probe lengths of 300 mm, 500 mm, 1000 mm
and 1500 mm. The confirmed connection options are 3/8" BSP and
1/2" NPT, with PN40 pressure rating and maximum boiler pressure of
32 bar g.

The BC3150 is a Spirax Sarco boiler blowdown controller for steam boilers. It uses conductivity probe input to control the blowdown valve and supports Pt100 temperature compensation, 4-20 mA output, infrared communication and pulse blowdown.
